FeelPDF is built so your documents stay private: for in-browser tools we never receive your files at all. The free version is ad-supported, and Premium is ad-free — here's exactly what we do and don't process.

1. The files you process

For every tool that runs in your browser, your documents are never uploaded. They are read and transformed locally on your device. We never receive, see, store, or have any ability to access them.

2. Office conversions (server-assisted)

Word, PowerPoint and Excel conversions are processed by a single server located in the European Union. That server handles your file in memory only, keeps no logs, writes nothing to disk, and deletes the file immediately after conversion. We retain nothing. These tools are clearly badged before you use them.

3. What our hosting provider sees

Like any website, requests for the FeelPDF app files reach our hosting provider, which may process standard technical access logs (such as IP address and timestamp) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. These logs are kept on EU infrastructure for a short period and are never linked to document content (there is none to link).

4. Cookies, ads & analytics

The free version of FeelPDF is supported by advertising. Ads and basic analytics may set cookies, so on your first visit we ask for consent and you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly-necessary functional storage (your theme, language and Premium licence) is always used. Premium subscribers see no ads. Crucially, your PDF files are never shared with advertisers — for in-browser tools they never leave your device at all.

5. Payments & Premium

Premium subscriptions are handled by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details. To recognise your subscription we keep a signed licence token in your browser’s local storage. Stripe processes your billing data under its own privacy policy.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. We hold no document data; for billing data, contact us (below) or manage it through Stripe.

7. No automated decision-making or profiling

We do not profile users or make automated decisions about you.
